Sales Integra creates high-quality software that strengthens your business or professional life. You have number of choices to avail our services and we appreciate you giving us a chance to serve you with our product and service. Thank You for opting our product and service. We created our Refund Policy to safeguard your interests.


Monthly Subscriptions

During your 15 days of usage, if our service dissatisfies you, please contact us anytime. We will do our best to address your issue and give a proper solution that will meet your needs. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase, and downgrade your account to the free plan for that service.


Your monthly subscription will be auto-renewed until you cancel the service. Every time it renews, we will send you a receipt via e-mail. You can stop auto-renew any day. But from, our experience with our customers, we know sometimes they forget to cancel an account and no longer want until it has already been charged. That's why you can cancel your monthly service even six business days after your renewal date, and we will still process your cancellation and give you a FULL REFUND for that month.


Annual and Three Year Subscriptions

We at Sales Integra don't force you into an annual and three year subscription as a condition to use our services. We prefer to give you the flexibility to choose. In exchange signing up for an annual or three year up-front commitment, we offer you a significant discount over the already-low monthly subscription cost.

If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase, and downgrade your account to the free plan.


But we want you to be happy with our service throughout your entire contract, not only the first 15 days. So we go beyond that. Anytime during your contract we remove, break or discontinue functionality that was available at the time you signed up for your contract, we ask you to notify us immediately. If we fail to address it on a timely manner to your entire satisfaction, we will offer you a pro-rated REFUND for the remaining of your contract.
